Standard operating procedures and terms for manufacturing and export.
Export Terms
All standard quotations and pricing are provided on FOB (Free on Board) or CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) Sialkot basis, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Shipping costs and customs duties are calculated separately based on the destination and volume.
Sample & MOQ Policy
We encourage sample development before bulk production. Sample orders can range from 1 to 5 pieces. For bulk manufacturing, our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 10 pieces per style/color. Smaller runs may be accommodated with a surcharge.
Production Timelines
Standard sample production takes 5-7 business days after design approval and payment. Bulk production timelines typically range from 15 to 25 days, depending on order volume, complexity, and current factory capacity.
Defect & Returns Policy
Quality is guaranteed. We provide comprehensive inspection photos prior to dispatch. Any manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of delivery will be eligible for our replacement guarantee. Returns are not accepted for custom-manufactured goods due to change of mind.
Intellectual Property
We respect your creative work. All custom designs, tech packs, and logos provided by the customer remain the exclusive intellectual property of the customer. We will not reproduce or sell your custom designs to other clients.
Payment Terms
Our standard payment structure requires a 50% advance deposit to initiate production. The remaining 50% balance must be cleared before the final shipment is dispatched. Payment methods include Bank Transfer (T/T), Western Union, and MoneyGram.
